Jual Katana Shinken Practical Plus CAS Hanwei Original

The practical plus katana from hanwei provides a very economical cutting sword as dependable as the practical katana (SH1070), but using more traditional fittings and construction methods. The blade is forged and differentially hardened in the traditional claying method with a prominent hamon. The practical plus katana features genuine same (ray skin) on the Tsuka, with a wrap (tsuka-ito) specially developed for its gripping Qualities. The long tang is double pegged for security. The fittings of the practical plus katana are decorated in a japanese Dogwood motif with dragon menuki, and the handsome Tsuba is of an iron "sunburst" design with a brass habaki.

Sebuah katana yang memiliki handle yang lebih panjang dari handle katana pada umumnya menambah kekuatan dalam menggunakannya, Nagamaki ini konon dahulu kala digunakan saat berperang menggunakan kuda dan untuk merobohkan lawan sekaligus dengan kudanya. Blade : the blade is constructed in SanMai style with clay tempered carft. It is made of two different kinds of steel and 1095 high carbon steel. the outer steel is made of folded steel, and had been folded 12 times  to create 4096 layers to create great streangth and flexibility with a distinct waved texture left on the blade resulting from folded repeatedly during the forging. The core steel of the Blade is made of 1095  high carbon steel with great hardness of it self. in this way the blade is hardened in a large degree.

 After the below process, the blade has been throughly clay tempered, first the back of blade is covered with a special clay, then the whole blade has been tempered and later quick cooled during quenching, this result in a harder edge. in this way, a beautiful real hamon on the blade comes into being as a result of the differential cooling of the blade (quenching and tempering).
Tsuba : this angger golden dragon (guard) of the sword is made of high quality copper with two brass sepas (spacer) securing it. the habaki (blade collar) is of brass composition.
Tsuka : This tsuka is wooden one wrapped with genuine ray skin, and tied with cottony ito in the traditional way. the fuchi (sleeve) and kashira (butt cap) on the Tsuka are made of copper, two mekugi (peg) are nailed to secure The full tang of the sword and pattern menuki on each side as an ornament.
Saya : The scabbard (saya) of the sword is high Quality wooden + ox horn, Black silk sageo also rolled both sides of kuri katato match wrappings on tsuka.

Inilah katana untuk anda yang ingin tampil beda dengan yang lain, jangan salah menafsirkan katana kami ini sebagai hiasan saja. karna katana ini memiliki ketajaman yang luar biasa dan kekerasan katana ini mencapai 62 HRC skala rockwell katana ini mampu melakukan tameshigiri berstandart Batto-do. This blade has been tried and tested to cut everything that gets in its way. The sori (blade curvature) is specially crafted to create leverage in order to perform the smothest and cleanest cuts. This blade has a 0,95% , carbon content and 0,4% manganese the 1095 carbon steel is very solid and holds an edge well. The hamon pattern is done in the same process as the traditional shinsakuto live blade, clay to protect the edge and quenched in water to temper sword. The hardness of the carbon steel measures at an impressive HRC 62` on the rockwell scale. The perfect combination of the hardness of the carbon steel, and the increased sori (curvature of the blade), enables this high Quality blade to easily cut through tatami straw mats or bamboo for tameshigiri or batto-do.
